This course teaches your cleaning professionals the basics. It is really meant for the new employee, but also can be used as a refresher for seasoned employees as well. It focuses on everything that a new cleaner needs to know to make sure they have the ability to clean and sanitize properly, and also will be able to use all basic equipment and tools that you provide at your facility. 

This course is designed to teach your employees once they know the basics, how to clean for the perception of of others. What that means is we all have times when we are short staffed and need to get the job done in less time, this will teach your employees how to clean with less time and still have the perception to others that you had the same amount of time to get the job done.

This course is designed to teach Hard surface floor care techniques, like keeping your floors maintained daily, spray buffing and burnishing finished floors, applying finish to all types of hard floors, and what to do to maintain terrazzo floors. 

This course is designed to teach carpet floor care techniques, like keeping your floors maintained daily, spotting stains, extracting or encapsulating carpets

We offer building with your managers a training manual that your cleaning professionals can carry with them or we can also make it a digital product that they can look at from a tablet or phone.

This course shows the cleaner what they are responsible for to keep their equipment maintained on a daily bases, During the training we also create task sheets to help your employees follow the proper maintenance of the equipment they use. 

This course is not for everyone, but if you have an employee that is responsible for maintaining your custodial equipment, we can show them some techniques that will help them problem solve and get the equipment running faster.
